three straight lines r drawn thru a pt lying in a triangle abc ,parallel to its side.the area of the resulting triangles are 1,4,9 sq cm..then area of triangle abc????

i solved it by assuming a equilateral triangle.....and my ans is 36 sq cm....
but i was thinking if we solve it taking a right angle triangle thn hw we'll do it.,...

y restrict urself its easy to see in general that ans is 36 always by similarity of triangle
