{x}=x-[x]
so 0≤{x}<1 whether x is +ve or -ve
eg, {-6.5}=-6.5 -[-6.5]
=-6.5+7
=0.5
we all know that 0<={x}<1
..
is also, 0<={-x}<1?????
i think yes...
but saw recently in a practice paper whch says the reverse,,...!!!
MAY DAY!!
{x}=x-[x]
so 0≤{x}<1 whether x is +ve or -ve
eg, {-6.5}=-6.5 -[-6.5]
=-6.5+7
=0.5
