Q2.)" relative order of vowels and consonants do not change " meanS THAT THE ORDER OF ALPHABETS AS IN THE WORD DOESNOT CHANGE.......THEN ANS SHUD BE=12!2!3!
FOR Q1)
THE COMPLEX NOS LIE ON A CIRCLE WHOSE CENTRE IS ORIGIN..USE THIS TO GET THE ANS
Q1. (T/F)
If the complex nos. z1, z2, z3 represent the vertices of an equilateral triangle such that |z1| = |z2| = |z3|, then z1+z2+z3 ≠0 (ans given: T)
Q2. No. of ways to Arrange letters of the word INTERMEDIATE such that relative order of vowels and consonants do not change
relative order of vowels and consonants do not change meaning of this??
Q3. Find total no, of ways to select five letters from the letters of the word INDEPENDENT (ans given: 72)
adding few more:
Q4. Squares are counted as rectangles or not?
Q5. proper divisors kise kehte hain?
Q6. Does lim(x-->0) xlnx exist?
Q7. What is [\int_{0}^{\pi }{sinxdx}] .. [] = GIF (my sir says ans is 1)
Q2.)" relative order of vowels and consonants do not change " meanS THAT THE ORDER OF ALPHABETS AS IN THE WORD DOESNOT CHANGE.......THEN ANS SHUD BE=12!2!3!

THE COMPLEX NOS LIE ON A CIRCLE WHOSE CENTRE IS ORIGIN..USE THIS TO GET THE ANS
4) Squares are rectangles unless stated specifically to ignore them
5) Proper divisors are divisors other than the number itself and 1
6) is a matter of definition.. people can define limit to be such that limit exists or it does not at the end point..
If i were to do the same, i would say that the liimit in such cases should simply be decided by the one sided limit.. in this case the RHL. So the answer for this questions will be yes if the RHL exists..
7) Your sir is absolutely worng. Answer is 0 I am aboslutely wrong.. answer is 2 :P
We fist have to integrate and then take gif :P
3) Find total no, of ways to select five letters from the letters of the word INDEPENDENT (ans given: 72)
DD (2)
EEE (3)
I (1)
NNN (3)
P (1)
T (1)
6 = 6C5 way to select all distinct..
if we have 2 of 1 kind and 3 distinct.. then no of ways is 3x5C3 = 30
If we have 3 of 1 kind, 2 distinct: no of ways is 2C1x5C2 = 20
2 of 1 kind, 2 of 2nd kind and 1 distinct,: no of ways is 3C2x4C1 = 12
2 of 1 kind, 3 of nother, : no of ways is 2C1x2C1 = 4
Hence 72 ways
For the first question from the origin draw three rays forming an equilateral triangle and since it is given |z1| = |z2| = |z3| origin has to be the circumcentre (equidistant from all three vertices) we know in an equikaterel triangle the centroid and circumcentre coincide so Z1+Z2+Z33=0 so Z1+Z2+Z3=0
thanks everyone..
but i still have a doubt in Q7..
LOGIC OF MY SIR:
integration is basically a limit,
according to him,
\int_{0}^{\pi}{sinxdx} = \int_{0_{+}}^{\pi_{-}}{sinxdx} = 2_{-}
whose GIF = 1..
is ths correct? (i don think so.. it can also be 2+ naa?)
My Opinion: The 2nd integral is 2 after evaluation and not 2_
I am surprised by what your sir has to say :O
but sir, 0+ to pi- will be somewaht less than 2 na? (because we are excluding some points in the evaluation of area)
no.. but that will be only if you take limit later.. here we are taking the limit first and then greatest integer of that...
