complex no.s

Express in trigonometric form:
i√2/(4+4i)
solution:
I did rationalization.
(i√2/4+4i)+(4-4i/4-4i)
I got
1/16-i√2/16
Now how to write in trig. form.
Is this correct?

z = r(cosθ + isinθ)
So, first find tanθ
here it is in 4th quadrant and tanθ = (-√2/16)/(1/16) = -√2
So, z = √3/16 [1/√3 - i√2/√3]
