To write a book 1890 digits were utilised. How many pages does the book have?

if the book contained 99 pages.. no of digits used would be 9 + 90x2 = 189

each page will have 3 more digits... so the remaining digits is 1890- 189 = 1701

each page requires 3 digits.. so there are 1701/3 more pages = 567 more pages..

so the book has 99+567 = 666 pages...
