62There are 2 possibilities..
x and y both even
x and y both odd
if both are even, then the difference will be a multiple of 16 (which it is not!)
If they are both odd.. the difference will be still of the form 8k... (which it is not)
I mean the number you have given is a multiple of 4 only...
Hence there are no real solutions.
