Find the number of divisors

Find the number of divisors of N=22335375 of the form 4n+2

Ans=95

1x(4)(4)(6) = 96

I am not getting 95!!! May be i am missing something..

I think the answer is wrong

sir i feel dat u have made a mistake ,the qn asks for 4n+2 divisors.

so if we arrange even divisors in a increasing sequence we will get divisors 4r and 4r+2 alternatively we will get the last no as 4n.

sankara.. i am not very convinced..

because look at the end points..

on one side there is 1 while on the other side there is a multiple of 4

so if it was alternating between multiple of 4 and remainder 2 then either the 1st or the last term should have given a remainder of 2...

i guess they are counting the numbers 6 upwards leaving out 2. (refer champ's 3rd post)
