g(x) = x^101{x/2-23} - 45x/2{x-23}
Does this help?

2g(x) = x102 -46x101 -45x2 +1035x
2g(46)= 46102- 46102 -45*4*232+45*23*2*23
g(46)= -1035
is the answer correct
