1i m not quite sure of this, but this may be related to rate of change of Surface area...also, since s.a. goes on decreasing with time, the rate of dissapearance will keep on decreasing

i think its like dr/dt = K
use
dV/dt = C .r2 as change in volume is prop to surface area
