i think take a point (at2, 2at)in parabola and take its mirror image w.r.t. given line and find its locus by eliminating t, which gives u final solution.

in the line x-y+2=0
i think this pbm can be solved by
FP/PM=1 Fis focus and P is the pt M is the perpendiculat distance from the directrix
but i dont know how to find the directrix can u help me in findin the directrix
is there is any other method please post ur methods

if u want to find directrix, then find the intersection point of given line and directrix of given parabola and angle between them , then u will be able to calculate the new directrix.
remember given line will be angle bisector of both directrix.
