in d world cup d tournament is arranged as per following rules in d beginning 16 teams r taken & divided into 2 groups of 8 each teams of each group play a match against each other in d same group from each group 4 top qualify for d next round. in d next round 2 teams play each other in each group & d using team goes out of d tournament den 4 winning teams play for semi final round & finally der is 1 final d rules of d tournament r such dat every match can result only in a win or loss & not in a tie
