selection of m friend is C(m+n,m) * (m-1)! for arranging them and another C(m+n,n) * (n-1)!for arranging these therefore the ans is the product of these two

^n+mC_n(m-1)!(n-1)!....... after choosing m then others are compelled to go to the other round table
