How many different signals can be made by hoisting 6 differently coloured flags one above the other ,when any number of them may be hoisted at once?
The answer i got is 514800........tell me whether im correct or not.

2 flags r hosted at a time=6*5=30
3 flags r hosted at a time=6*5*4=120
4 flags r hosted at a time=6*5*4*3=360
5 flags r hosted at a time=6*5*4*3*2=720
6 flags r hosted at a time=6*5*4*3*2*1=720
so,total signals tht cn be generated
=6+30+120+360+720+720
=1956
