the largest two digit prime factor of 200C100 is ...
first look at the larget 2 digit prime (97?)
now see if this is a factor of 200C100?
no it is not..
so what could our best bet be.. a number close to 200/3?? (why?)
so look at 61
That should give you some hint or the answer :)

because any prime number greater than 100/3 will appear twice in the numerator and in the denominator.. (why?)
