we can seetangents are touching circle and inscribed b/w 2 triangles.
So odds are 6:2 (or) 3:1
when 3 tangents are drawn at random to a circle then the probability that any two of then will be parallel tends to zero....
see.. its enough to check if d two of d three tangents are parallel or not n find d prob fr dat..
yes the another tangent should be in a specific point (among infine no. of points on the circle) ....just diametrically opposite to the other....so favourable case only one ...sample space infinity...
don't u think that there are more chances for the two tangents to be of intersecting type !!

there fore d probability of gettin d tangents parallel be p=1/2
prob fr not gettin it parallel be q=1/2
n=3........
probability dat any two tangents bein parallel=3c2*(1/2)2*(1/2)1
=3/8
