Let the roots be " a " and " b " .

Given , a = b ²

And , a b = 1

So , a = 1 , w , w ² and b = 1 , w ² , w .

If a = b = 1 , then -

a + b = - p3 = 2

Hence , p = - 6 .

But p > 0 .

So , a = w and b = w ² ( or thw other way round )

In that case ,

- p / 3 = - 1

So , p = 3 .
