I learnt this Arihant Differential Calculus book.
Please explain how ths has been derived or formulated.
1) If ax2 + bx + c > 0, for all x belonging to R
a > 0 and D < 0
2) If ax2 + bx + c > 0, for all x belonging to R
a > 0 and D < 0
my question is if D< 0 then the roots will imaginary, right. then how above two equations are possible ?

f(x)=ax2+bx+c
draw the graph: it will be a parabola
and will never intersect x-axis
