justw rite the relation between the roots and u ahve got 4 equations in 4 unknowns. try and solve them

a+b=-c; c+d = -a \Rightarrow b=d
Further ab=d; cd=b
b=d=0 \Rightarrow a=-c which gives infinitely many values for the expression.
Otherwise a=b=1 and c=d=-2 and the expression evaluates to -5
