The....question is...the letters in vice chancellor are to be arranged so tht no two vowels r together...i wanted to ask can we fix alll consonants..and permute the vowels.....

now d five vowels I,E,A,E,O are to b filled up in d blanks b/w consonants and should b permuted (also d consonants should be permuted widin themselves)... thus v get d words which satisfy given condition...
let me know if i'm wrong...!!!
1ofcourse v'll divide by 2! for vowels and 3!.2! for consonants when v permute them, to avoid repetition...
