An indefinite integral

Let f:[0,2]→R be defined by
f(x)=\sqrt{x^3+2-2\sqrt{x^3+1}}+\sqrt{x^3+10-6\sqrt{x^3+1}}
Find the indefinite integral of f w.r.t x.

f(x) = √x3+1 - 2√x3+1+1 + √x3+1 - 6√x3+1+9.

f(x)=l √x3+1 - 1 l +l √x3+1 - 3 l

f(x)= undefined , when x<-1
-2√x3+1 +4 , when -1<x<0.
2 , when 0<x<2.
2√x3+1 - 4, when x>2.

as x belongs to [0,2]
thus, 0∫2 2.dx =4.

anant sir, have i done it correctly??

I think you are correct , but perhaps you missed the heading of the question . The question asks us to evaluate the indefinite integral , not a definite one . So the answer is : - " 2 x + c " .
