the function could have been discontinuous only due to [x] since 'cos' is continuous in R...
but at the points where [x] is discontinuous, i.e, integral points, makes the given function vanish (since cos (odd)Î 2=0), and thereby making it continuous!!

function is continuous everywhere coz at integral point ,the nature of function has to be changed, bt at integral points function's value is0.dhanssu question hariya bhai.

i am getting discontinuity at [I] + (0,1)....
