Critical Points

Let f(x) =(x-1)p.(x-2)q where p,q>1. Each critical point of f(x) is a point of extremum when - (Options are given)

I got the critical points as 1 and 2.
I don't know what do I do next. I found the second derivative but I think its of no use.

I am a fan of yours :)
thanks alot. that helped
I found a method by drawing the graph substituting the values of p and q. But that would be tedious.
