1) Apply chain rule first as √f(x) ie √tan√x which is 1/2√tan√x
2) Next apply tan √x derivative ie sec2 √x
3)Finally, apply derivative of √x ie 1/2√x

ok!!!!!
y=√tan√x
dy/dx=1/2√tan√x *sec2√x*1/2√x
dy/dx=1/4 √ tan√x √x *sec 2 √x

To make the solution or final answer of harry potter look nicer (in the sense that numerator is visible in the numerator and so on!)
y=√tan√x
dy/dx= {1/2√tan√x}.sec2√x.1/2√x
=sec2√x/{4√x.tan√x}
