well...I am having doubt in one step...

Here f(x) is defined if,

log_{|sin x|} (x²-8x+23) - 3log₂|sin x| > 0

log_{|sin x|} (x²-8x+23) - 3log_{|sin x|}2 >0

log_{|sin x|}(x²-8x+238) >0

It's in the 3rd step..

how is '8' coming in the denominator??????

plz explain..

3log_{|sin x|}2 = log_{|sin x|}2³

Then, simply ...log(a)-log(b) = log(a/b)
