33lim (x->0) sinx/x means the value of fn approaches 1 as x->0 but never equal to 1, it is just approaching 1, so [ ] of that is zero. consider if the value of the fn is (say) as x->0 is .99999999999....... (not 1.0000000000000001 why not?) then its [] is 0.
