This one is simple if you write sec x + tan x as (1+sin x)/ cos x

take cos x in the numerator

then the numerator will become cos ^3 x which can be further written as (1-sin^2 x) . cos x

now take sin x as t and you will be left with a polynomial by polynomial form [1]
