just for formality :
LEFT HAND LIMIT(0-):
(e1/x=0)
=>(λ+1)/1=2;
=>λ=1;
RIGHT HAND LIMIT(0+):
(divide num. and deno. by e1/x)
=>8/(1-k)=2;
=>k=-3;
so,.λ+k=1-3=-2;
