i wonderd abt one thing we have proved cos⁴x-sin⁴x=cos2x.

which is very much rong as we have disproved a trignometric identity.

no we have not

cos2x = cos²x- sin²x
= (cos²x+sin²x)(cos²x- sin²x)
= cos⁴x-sin⁴x
