yaar main tere kehne ka matlab nahin samjha
PERIODIC FUNCTION: f(x)=f(x+t) t belongs to R
x = [x]+{x}
please make ur ques more clear[1]
We all know that all periodic functions can be formed from only trigonometric and inverse trigonometric functions. How can you express {x} and [x] in the above mentioned form?
Basically,
{x} = some t function and [x] = some other t function
tell me those t functions.

im not getting the question can u be a bit more clear on what we need to find?[12]
okay... lemme explain... consider the following periodic function:
the function is periodic though i've not shown it... now this function can always be expressed in the form of t and inverse t functions. infact, this function is nothing but sin-1(sin x), as you very well know. i want u to express [x] and {x} in a similar form... it can be anything having t- and inverse t- functions, but it should not have any other functions... Basically, express [x] and {x} as a combination of t and inverse t functions.... i hope its clear now :).
to bata {x} ka t + inverse t form... :)
okay, look at the q this way: i show u the graph of {x}. u have to tell me the t function representation of that graph. the example i gave was already known to u as a t function, but is {x} known to u as a t function??
abey yaar... ok
{x} = some t function
tell me that t function.. ab samjha?.. sorry if u can't understand but i'm trying my best to explain :(...
{x} t function hai kya???????....... t function se mera matlab hai sin, cos, tan, sin-1, cos-1 and tan-1 only... chal thik hai mujhe ye bata ki tu {x} ko in 6 t functions se kaise create karega... RHS mein sirf t functions hi hone chahiye, baki kuch (like FPF, GIF, x, log x) nahi hona chahiye...ab to samajh gaya hoga?..
something of the sort... but that's not fully correct....
correct answer is
(1/Î )*(Î /2+tan-1(tan(Î x-Î /2)))
so then tell me the answer for [x] similarly.... its pretty easy after u know {x}....
