Perimeter=AB+AC+BC
=AB+AC+BP+CP
=AB+BP+AC+CP
=AB+BQ+AC+CR (BP=BQ, CP=CR)
=AQ+AR
=2*AQ (AQ=AR)
AQ=(1/2)*perimeter
