According to me, water in the eyes can cause such images.

How did you increase the distance? If you just move from one place to another, the increase in distance would be negligible compared to the distance between the earth and the moon.

oh..i actually meant that the ring around the moon gradually faded...i can explain it u as...let the moon be the nucleus of an atom, and let the K shell be red in color....after that...L shell had a little faded color...then the M..a still fader color...and so on....so by distance increased i meant that....
