Centrifugal force pulls you more at the equator as speed of rotation is more at the equator.
Why would I weigh more on the pole than on the Equator?

That is because our earth is not perfectly spherical.....it can be considered as an ellipse........weight is the gravitational pull of the earth.....
and from Newton's law of graviation,
G = kMmr2
This means the graviational force G is inversely proportional to the distance betweeen the objects.....since, distance from centre of earth to pole is smaller than it's distance from the equator, hence,
the graviational force at poles is greater than that at the equator.
