u noe d point on d circle u can find d equation of d tangent nw d tangent cuts d xaxis (transverse axis) u can find it by susbtitutin y=0 ind tangent equation
nw a line parallel to conjugate ie y axis it will hav x cordinate same ie u get 4 and y cordinate as r bt this point (4,r) lies on d hyeprbola so u get r and then use disytnce formula
