what is k?
\frac{x-1}{2}=\frac{y+1}{3}=\frac{z-1}{4}
and
\frac{x-3}{1}=\frac{y-k}{2}=\frac{z}{1}

in eq - 1 using lcm as 12. we get
6(x-1) = 4(y+1)=3(z-1)
in eq -2 using lcm as 2
2(x - 3)=y-k=2z
Now evalute using simultaneous equation we will get k = 9/2

\begin{vmatrix} x_{2}-x_{1} & y_{2}-y_{1} & z_{2}-z_{1}\\ a_{1}& b _{1}&c_{1} \\ a_{2}&b_{2} & c_{2} \end{vmatrix}=0
