How is aeronautical engineering frm institutes rather than IIts or NITs?
49as my bhaiya and uncle said...aeronautics is most probably the worst hurt subject in iits....worst hit...not in terms of education but in terms of job...it is worse than other fields in the sector of jobs...[1][1]
go for core groups and then switch over to aeronautics....my bhaiya had advised me....bt dont kno more..
but there r aeronautics ISRO institutions ..
bt uncle who is aerospace says best openings not in india...go abroad 4 best utilisations...[1][1]
don kno more just quoted wat my famly said to me in response to my dream..
i have planned to go to iit if i get a good rank..in mechanical or electrical stream...or else go for astro physics bachelors degree....
bt i give preference to first option...then i have planned to join my uncle's insti in USA...he teaches there.....[1][1]

1see it depends upon what you want in life and how badly you want it...i have a cousin studying aeronautical 2nd year at iitk ..he had a 3 digit rank and still chose it because he was passionate...yes you will not get the same facilities in india but you will not get a decent job anywhere in the world with grad degree in aeronautics you have to go for further studies and for that you could go abroad.....
and while applying to univs abroad a stamp of iit counts...
