i have sent it just before december but am getting the reply that it hasnt yet been received.

1through the speed post tracking , the nine digit no. u can track where did your finally reach
1u mean the final address?
in mine its given as AQ 13/1,salt lake,kolkata 700091.

23tushar , if u will chk ur status at iitd website then obviously it is going to show that " form not received "
thats bcz the status shud be checked at the websites of the respective zonal IIT to wich u hav sent the form !!!!
