you cannot compare irodov with resnick halliday.......both are different type of books
resnick halliday -for clearing concepts(except the optics chapter which I didn't like in the book)
irodov - for solving quality problems
which part of chemistry organic, inorganic or physical chemistry?
organic→ 1.solomon graham
or
2.morrison boyd.
inorganic→ncert is enough
otherwise if you have much time and are interested in inorganic
then use concise inorganic chemistry by jd lee
physical → 1.latest arihant book of physical chemistry by ranjeet shashi
2.physical chemistry by paula atkins
dude my suggestion is stop wasting tym asking people about books on tiit....even i askd people.......got many answers but finally i had to figure out wich one is good......better make a list ..go through the books once .....check them out.....nd then choose it.....different people different choices!!!
ok got ur message in my chtbx shahrukh...
look u do this
1.do resnick[even this book has some great googlies[1]]
2.after resnick if u think u ENJOY physics...n JEE is not just the thing u wanna go for....GO FOR IRODOV![IRODOV IS JUST A """"""""CONCEPT""""" testing book thts it.par pehle concepts pata honge tabhi toh test kar sakte ho na[???]]
in any case u don't want to go to step-2 first[1]
NOTE::::::::::many alternates fro step-1 are available :)
yeah learning is right
never and never go for books like irodov or other problem books (like dc pandey)
until and unless u have understood the concepts totally ...........for testing concepts solve only the problems which are in the book from which you are reading ....like resnick halliday has some good questions which are not that complicated but are very basic
