by solving newton's way

u= 10⁵ m/s
a= ug= 10

s= u²2a

= 5*10⁹

i think it is a misprint and it should be 100 m/s

if u=100 m/s , then,

s=100²/2a
=10⁴/20
=10³/2
=500m
