a good 1 for all aspirants

two semi circuar conducting plates are fixed parallel to each other and are a distance d apart

in between them a dielectric in form of semicircle of same radius and thckness d is places and

its free to rotate about its center ..... find the torque on the diaelectric when its diameter

makes an angle @ with the horizontal ////////

V across plates = V [3]

dielectric constant = k

radius of all things = R ..

dE/dt = 0 as no energy is lost in the thing ....................... another approach is by work energy theorm but its too cumbersome....
