if so we r in contact wit d earth..... so we get a shock... srrry if am wron....
i got ur ans that electric shielding takes place and the person gets protected.....
but wat happens in the above mentioned case.....
since E.Field inside is zero i.e the external field don't have an effect......
then that i mentioned when the rubber tyres of the car r replaced by steel wheels then the person get a shock.......
HOW!!!!!!
no i say dat elec field inside a conductor is zero.... so d metal body acts as a conductor n field inside it s zero.. actually elec shieldin takes dis principle....
in case of electric shielding no electric field affect....
but u r saying that current will flow thru the body....
now let me know the correct ans of my ques....
no i say dat elec field inside a conductor is zero.... so d metal body acts as a conductor n field inside it s zero.. actually elec shieldin takes dis principle....
u r saying that shielding takes place when current flows to earth....
please clear that...
d body provides elec shieldin n d electric discharge passes thro d body...
Nothing will happen? Because the circuit is not complete if current passes through us?
Forgive me if I'm blabbering. I'm feeling [13]
@ram...
if the tyres of the car r replaced by the steel wheels then the person will get a shock though at that time the shock takes place due to flow of charges to earth and not through person...
let what the hell happen outside, unless the car is made of thermocol or plastic,, he will not be affected.
hey aragorn was rit,... actually d body of d car ll protect d man inside d car...
but buddy when lightning strikes the electric charge will flow some moment only(just a slight moment).....
and that the electric charges in lightning r too much and will produce a large amount of current for a slight moment only till the electric charges get equaly distributed on the surface of the metal and that current is too much to kill a person......
even a small amount of current makes us strangled for a moment...
@ ANEESH, charges at the surface of wat...
@Aragorn, i couldn't understand u, circuit is not complete, which circuit buddy and also ur talks of current passing through us......
