from energy conservation..loss in electric pot energy=gain in kinetic energy=charge*potential diff.
use relation between kinetic energy and momentum( P=√2mK). to find respective momenta...
So the ratio of their speed is d ratio of their momenta (since mass is same) which comes out to be 1:2..
Another way -
aA = qE/m, & aB =4qE/m
(Considering a const. Elec. field)
Take ratio of final velocities, using- v2=2ah.
It will come out to be 1:2.
Though var's is still better....we don't have to bother a bit abt const. field n force there.

this is converted to K.E.=12mv2
12mv12=qV
