CAN CHARGE REALLY BE INTEGRATED??

if we say charge is quantised n is q=±ne then how can we integrate charge????

because e is very small...we can consider it as almost a differential element...

You cannot integrate charge if you are working at a very microscopic level..

But at a higher level or larger size you can..

Just like you can integrate the amount of water even though water is discrete.. there are molecules of water..
