capactitance

Q1. A metallic shell of radius r is surrounded by an isotropic dielectric of dielectric constant k upto a radius R.
Find the capacitance of this system.

Q2. A metallic sphere of radius a is surrounded by two concentric metallic shells of radii b and c (a<b<c). The region between b and c is filled with a uniform isotropic dielectric of dielectric constant k. Find the capacitance of this system

physics is good ·

it is a uniform dielectric.

actually "isotropic" means that the speed of light is constant throughout the material!

Q.2) As the region between B and C is filled with isotropic dielectric CAB=4∩Eoab/(a-b) , CBC=4∩Eokbc/(b-c) now, as iitcomin said, put them in series. U'LL FIND C=4∩EoKabc / (kc(a-b)+a(b-c))
similar process in in the first one
