i think (a) and (d) options r right
in the shown figure
a) if both ammeter &voltmeter are ideal,then reading of A is 0 & V is 10V
b) if both A & V r ideal,reading of A=10A & v=0
c) if A is non ideal & V is ideal, then reading of A is less than 10A,reading of voltmeter is 10V
d) if A is ideal , v is non ideal, then reading of A is less than 10A & reading of V is less than 10V

for ideal ammeter R=0
for ideal voltmeter R=∞
& a non ideal voltmeter will have some measurable resistance
i think it will help
if not i will again giv my faltoo fundaas
