Maybe this is a stupid question, but still-------
How can the spheres B, C, D which are enclosing the sphere A, induce charge on A??? No electric field lines, due to the charges on the outer spheres will cut A, and so, I think charge induced on A will be zero, contrary to skygirl's initial assumption.
I might be wrong. I would request richa, skygirl, Nishant sir, or anyone else to explain.

You are not wrong metal...
There will be no net charge on A.
Well i found only one mistake.. that is what I pointed out..
you found out another one :)
