we know electric field is a conservative field and so,
∫cloosed loopE.dl=0
but suppose a conducting loop is placed in a changing magnetic field, emf is induced and electrons go round a loop and the work done in taking the electron round the loop is non zero
violates the conservative nature of the field!
and that is so much disheartening! :(

exactly ... induced electric field is a non-conservative electric field because the work done is non-zero in a loop .. the field lines are continuous and form a closed loop unlike conservative electrostatic fields
read the portion of induced electric field of HCV ..
