21When two thunder clouds with opposite charges approach each other,the air inbetween them gets ionised(or its insulation breaks off bcoz of the strong electric field between the two clouds-hence,electrons move from the negative clouds 2 d positive clouds in order 2 discharge both the clouds.this results in d production of electricity.i hope tz d ryt ans....
