i was good enough in physics upto the mechanics part...
but now im facing a lot of problems in electrostatics from the electric potential part and those questions like when 2/more charged conducting plates are kept facing each other find the distribution of charges and potential diff across any of the plates..
so in short i am very much confused with the terms so hav to improve the theory part..any suggestions?? book (for specialised electricity theory) or some other material or how to study this part..
im scared this will give me problems when we start capacitors chapters!!
please help

Dont be scared..
The only thing you lack is the belief, trust me..
If you are good at mechanics then I presume your work, power, energy doesnot need much work and also you have gravitation concepts cleared! [1]
You just need to know what potential really is..
Some negative work types..
You already know EVERY concept in physics needed for all these..
Just you need a decent sum up..
Read H C Verma..
That will suffice! [1]
if u hav rad HCV , then read theory from resnick halliday krane .. one of the best books out there ... ( PS: dont read that resnick halliday walker )
