this give electric field at distance x from the centre
now force =E*q
as x<<R so F=KQxR3
where K =1/4∩ε0
thus time period =2Π/ω
and ω u can calculate from force
i.e force constant k=KQR3
T=2Î √km
=2Î √(KQR3/m)
