Observe in the given time-interval, Resistance varies as R=T i=\frac{dq}{dt}\\ \ \frac {V}{R}=i=\frac{dq}{dt}\\ \implies \int_{20}^{40}{\frac{dt}{t}}=\frac{1}{V}\Delta q
now hopefully it can be done.....
